Currently we only ship in South Africa.
What size prints do you offer?
I currently print to Gift (A4), Small (A3+), Medium (A2), Large (A1) and Bold Statement (A0) size. I also have a couple of custom prints, please read the descriptions at the Print Collection to ensure you understand the print sizes.
What is the difference between a limited edition print and an open edition print?
A limited edition print is only available in a limited quantity. An open edition is not numbered and the quantity is not limited. Both prints are signed, only the limited edition is numbered.
I’ve seen a photograph of yours that I love but it’s not offered on your shop. Am I able to purchase it as a print?
Yes. If you see an image belonging to me on any of my social media channels, I am more than happy to arrange a custom print for you.
Do you offer framing?
No. Framing is such a personal decision based on your individual and interior aesthetic. We recommend a simple black or white frame with a white matte board.
Do you have any advice for framing my print?
I strongly recommend having your beautiful image mounted matted and framed by a professional framer to ensure the endurance and longevity of your special print.
If you purchase a standard frame from a shop I strongly recommend you invest in a framer to matt/mount the image with a museum matt board. Matting is essential to keep the print away from the glass and to allow the image to breathe, ensuring the longevity of your limited edition print.
I like your photographs, can I use them?
Will you keep my details private?
Absolutely. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully and you will not receive marketing emails from us just because you have placed an order in the past. Unless you want to receive our newsletter of course!

Do you ship worldwide?
No. Currently we only ship in South Africa.
All parcels sent with Courier are registered and a tracking number will be supplied to you once your parcel left the Gallery
I’ve ordered a print, when will my order be sent?
All photographic prints are custom printed. They take ten days in production from receiving your order. They then arrive back to our studio where I sign, date and number the prints before being carefully packaged and sent to you.
Please note: If you have selected Express Shipping at checkout, this applies to delivery after the print has been produced and has arrived in the studio.
Delivery Estimates (within South Africa)
Please note: If you have ordered a print these estimates are for delivery after your print has arrived in the studio. (Normally we have a 10 day turnaround from payment received to ordering your print and receiving it at the Gallery) All other items in stock will be sent within 24hrs of receiving your order.

Can I track my item?
Yes. Once we have posted your item, we will send you a courtesy email that includes your tracking information so you can follow its journey.
I ordered from your shop but I haven’t received any email updates?
PAYPAL ORDERS: All emails will be sent to your Paypal address – check there first for order confirmations and updates. If you still can’t find anything please email firstname.lastname@example.org and you’ll hear from us asap.
Refunds and Exchanges
If your purchase has been damaged in transit, please let us know immediately and we will contact the courier company directly to sort out any claims.
If you are not happy with your purchase we need to be notified within 7 days of you receiving the goods.
If you change your mind, exchanging goods and refunding goods is at the discretion of us here at George Fivaz Fine Art Photography Gallery. If you simply change your mind, this does not mean you will receive a refund as all prints are custom printed for you, meaning we print them especially for you.
These are limited Edition Fine Art Prints. They are sold in Editions of 50, 35 or 15 and are dated and signed by the Artist. Once the edition limited has been reached, they are removed from production and never sold again.
These are Open Edition Fine Art Prints and are signed by the Artist.
These are Open Edition Fine Art Prints, but specially photographed with Interior decor and design in mind.
Is it safe to shop online?
Yes. We take the utmost care with the information that you provide us when placing an order on our website (or through any other means). The server that hosts our store encrypts the transmission of all credit card and personal customer information using the Internet-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol. During the encryption process, information is scrambled into small bits of code that cannot be read as they travel to us over the Internet.
All of the information you provide during the ordering process is restricted to our staff, and we make sure that all of our employees up-to-date on our security and privacy policies. What are your payment options?
We accept most major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa), as well as PayPal (be sure to switch to USD), wire transfers (for international customers only), EFT (South Africa) and Lay-buy purchase options over 6 or 12 months.
How does Lay-buy purchase work?
We require a 10% deposit to open your Lay-buy purchase account.
Clients are requested to make regular monthly payments over 6 or 12 months.
Once your full payment has been received, we will order your print from our Master Printers. It takes about 10 days for your print to arrive at the Gallery, after which we will ship it out / You can collect.
Can I cancel a Lay-buy purchase?
Absolutely. We will refund your monthly payments, but your 10% deposit will not be refunded as to cover administration costs.
We offer trade discounts and loans for media coverage. Please contact us with details of your request.
